Seagull watches are crafted with precision and advanced technology, undergoing rigorous quality and performance testing over multiple days before leaving the factory. Nevertheless, Seagull offers warranties to cover potential manufacturing defects, with durations based on the watch's retail value.

Warranty periods are structured as follows:

​

1. Watches priced below $600  USD have a 1-year warranty.

2. Watches priced between $600 USD and $1,500 USD include a 2-year warranty.

3. Watches priced above $1,500 USD come with a 3-year warranty.

During the warranty period, repairs are provided free of charge for issues due to movement defects. However, damage from external factors—such as impacts, water exposure, chemical contact, self-repair attempts, and similar—are not covered. Examples of excluded damage include visible impact marks, broken balance staff, case or crystal damage, broken crown, or strap damage.
